History

KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. was established in 1969.

We started off with a two-partner firm and became a representative firm of Peat Marwick in 1973, and a full member of Peat Marwick in 1982. Peat Marwick later joined Klynveld Goerdeler to become KPMG.

In Pakistan, we are a firm of over 1,200 professionals with offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

Our clients include a wide variety of institutions in both the public and private sectors and various industries, including banking, financial services, energy, telecommunication, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, cement, sugar, oil refining, hotels, electrical and engineering, etc. A large number of our clients are leaders in their respective industries or sectors.
