pre-deal evaluation, business integration planning, deal structuring,
and comprehensive due diligence to post-acquisition integration support

Pre-Deal Evaluation
This first phase of due diligence is typically undertaken prior
to making an approach or offer or before detailed due diligence is
possible. Our role can include:
